It Snowed!

Dogs, particularly Golden Retrievers, truly understand snow. Snow is to be gloried in, running and digging and rolling in it. Snow smells good to me; I can't even imagine how intoxicating its scent must be to a dog.
Of course here in Michigan it snows a lot. And it has to be shoveled. (Snow is a lot heavier than one might think.) But Jamie reminds me that every snowfall must be savored.

If you have snow, enjoy it. And if you don't, enjoy the pictures, and be glad you're snow-shovel free.

tomorrow in new york....65 degrees!!!! kind of makes me hesitate before knitting a big warm sweater, but i guess i could send it back to the folks back in cleveland, former home and another snow magnet.

So beautiful! I don't miss the shoveling when we were in Jersey but I wish we had snow in NYC. :)
